Mission and Vision

We have been called to serve at LCC International University (LCC) which is located in Klaipeda, Lithuania. LCC is a Christian university that focuses on sharing the gospel to its diverse student body while also providing a quality liberal arts education. With nearly 700 students, LCC educates Christians, non-believers, and people of other faiths. By providing Christ-centered classes, educators can help shape the worldview of students and prompt them to ask deeper questions of eternal value. 

We know that a good work is being done at LCC, and we are excited to become part of this community. We know that God cares deeply for all of those attending LCC, and we are honored to play a small role in showing His love for them. We are excited to help equip the students at LCC to achieve their academic and professional goals, while also coming alongside of them to encourage them. We pray that we may be a blessing to those whom we serve and that we would be a light.

Mission Work

Erin will be teaching full-time for the English Department at LCC International University. She will be helping advise senior thesis students, as well as teach Academic Writing to first- and second-year students. Brian will primarily be caring for the children. He will also work at learning the host language so as to be able to better communicate with people in their heart language. In addition to these tasks, we look forward to developing relationships with students and welcoming them into our home. As we seek to live out our conviction of Romans 10:14-15, we hope that we are able to share with students who may not have otherwise heard the Good News. We seek to be the hands, feet, and voice of the One who sends us. It is also our hope that through hospitality we will be able to discuss a variety of topics and help shape their worldview and faith. Our mission is to encourage students as they seek answers to critical questions about life, faith, relationships, and the world.
